Another thing I just see is that each time Asterisk crash, few seconds
before Hylafax/IAXmodem try to send a fax to an outgoing number.

Hylafax -> IAXmodem -> * -> Zap channels

Since the crash is about 'mixmonitor' (according to backtrace), does it's
possible that MixMonitor have some issues with 'fax signalling' ? I will
check on my outgoing dialplan if I use MixMonitor and if this is the case,
perhaps ignore this command when it's an outbound fax. (No need to monitor
the fax call).
