Summary: [patch] Fix New Call softkey handling and cleanup
phone display after a transfer
Description:
A couple of trivial fixes-
The 'New Call' softkey should always generate a new sub-channel

The transfer process was not clearing the display of a transferring
phone,
so it appeared to have a call that no longer existed. The call/channel
was properly cleaned up in Asterisk, the phone just lost track of the
proper state.
