Description: 
When getting back an Moved Temporarily from the called party the transport
information in the contact header is not used for the next invite based on
promiscredir=yes.

This is a good example of the poor status of the 302 in asterisk as well as
the experimental status we've set on the tcp/tls support. It does need a
redesign. I'm sorry that you hit both of these areas in one bug report.
