Summary:                    Reloading asterisk causes a deadlock
Description: 
We have started seeing cases where asterisk deadlocks upon reload. I've
attached the output from core show locks. 

We are running SIP and part of our dialplan out of realtime, the rest is
file based. 

I also have the gdb output if that will be helpful let me know and I'll
cleanse and post it.

The backtrace would be helpful for this. Apparently two channels are
holding the PBX context lock and not giving it up.
