Summary: zaptel.init ztdummy loading notification could be
clearer
Description:
Currently, if no hardware timing source is found by the zaptel init script,
it loads ztdummy with the message "No functioning zap hardware found in
/proc/zaptel, loading ztdummy" which could potentially be confusing to
users who have hardware such as the TC400B, which uses a Zaptel driver but
is not considered "zap hardware" in this context.

zaptel.init.patch changes the message in question to be more explicit: "No
hardware timing source found in /proc/zaptel/; loading ztdummy."
