Summary: [patch] Restrict what is printed during -rx output
Description:
A frequent complaint is that the output of 'asterisk -rx <command>'
sometimes includes verbose output. This patch is an attempt to rectify
that situation, by including a preamble on all verbose messages, stripping
the preamble before printing, but the detection of which permits verbose
messages to be skipped on -rx remote consoles.
