Summary:                    Core Dump when Polycom Phone attempts to pick up

Description: 
A visit to http://asterisknowip/phoneprov/<macaddr>.cfg causes asterisk to
crash and restart.

I've looked at this and can confirm/reproduce.  Hopefully I'll have a fix
relatively soon.
