Description: 
Asterisk sends a 482 Loop Detected upon receiving a presumably valid
re-INVITE.  Pedantic is enabled globally in sip.conf.

I can now conclusively declare that it happens with pedantic=no as well. 
I've upgraded to 1.4.19 -- no effect.

I now have as much time as required to put towards this issue.  Where to
from here?
