Summary:                    SayNumber does not correctly pronounce numbers in
dutch language
Description: 
SayNumber does not correctly pronounce numbers between 100-199 and
1000-99999 in the dutch language.

For example 199 is spoken is:   'hundred' '9' 'and' '90'
but Asterisk says:              'one' 'hundred' '9' 'and' '90'

Also 1210 is spoken as :        '12' 'hundred' 'and' '10'
but Asterisk says:              '1' 'thousand' '2' 'hundred' 'and' '10'

I've uploaded a patch that fixes this issue  (license pending on uploaded
file)
