Summary:                    New manager event class - cdr
Description: 
I'm writing an external billing application based on cdr_manager

I have a very intense network trafic if I read 'call' events from asterisk
manager so I implemented a new event class only for CDRs.

Of course you should add the appropriate permission to manager.conf

Please find my patch as attachment, don't know if it will be useful for
you

If merged in trunk it probably needs some attention to avoid breaking
previous installations

I think the reporting class should probably be used for CDR records, too,
so I'm closing this bug as duplicate.
