Description: 
Seems like "race condition" effect in channel.c (2255) - no more "chan"
object is accessible in then method generator_force at line:
1847            generate = chan->generator->generate;

I place patch that solves the problem. I have not heard any distinct answer
to a question from my Note 1 about position of ast_channel_unlock(chan)
<channel.c>. This patch have set on our office system for testing. I shell
inform about it. If there are remarks and offers shall be glad them to
discuss.
