Bug description:

Asterisk crashes (segfault) when an attended transfer to a queue is
performed and when EYEBEAM sofphone is used to make the transfer. This
crash can be easily reproduced as follows:

Well, I should say that Asterisk also hangs even if no "show channels" is
performed, but without a clear pattern (processing SIP INVITE's).
