Summary:                    [patch] Add support for configuring a few SDP
variables
Description: 
This patch allows the SDP session name and SDP owner username to be
configured in sip.conf.  Other SIP UA's and UAC's set this to something
that distinguishes the client being used.  Previously, the session was
always set to "session" and the owner to "root".  Obviously, this is not an
earth shattering feature but maybe useful nonetheless.
