Summary:                    Voice Menu problem
Description: 
When trying to add a Playback or Background step to a voice menu I'm
receiving a "Please enter a value for "Background" or Playback, which ever
one I choose.  I have one of the sounds highlighted but I'm still getting
this error.

Running Asterisk 1.4.11
