This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

I'm still wondering about MIKEY. Is it really supposed to work with
Asterisk r81432? And if so, which SIP-Clients would you recommend for
testing purposes?
