Summary:                    Not supported option in sip.conf
Description: 
In sip.conf.sample there is an option:
;allowexternalinvites=no        ; Disable INVITE and REFER to non-local
domains
                                ; Default is yes

It's not supported in chan_sip.c. It seems supported
'allowexternaldomains=no' do what 'allowexternalinvites' suppose to do.
