Summary:                    [patch] support for {cat,var}_metric and #include in
res_config_sqlite
Description: 
The res_config_sqlite module currently doesn't support cat_metric and
var_metric columns in the static configuration table. In addition, it
doesn't support configuration source inclusion. This patch slightly
modifies the module to support these features. It also changes the
ast_config table format.
