Summary:                    No Service Providers
Description: 
I just downloaded and installed the new ISO on a test machine.  However
during the setup screen the Service Provider list is empty.  After
finishing the install routine, I logged into the Asterisk admin screen and
clicked on Service Providers and the words 'Loading Screen' just kept
displaying over and over again with no results.

OK but your instructions at http://asterisknow.org/install-related are
incomplete and not understandable.  For example, you didn't mention
anywhere in that website to type in sudo su - to put asterisk into the
super-admin mode.  Also your instructions are very unclear which is why I
spend so much time with you on this thread trying to get it to work.

May I suggest that you update the install-related website and give the
user step by step instructions like I did below to help minimize confusion
with novice users like myself.
