This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

I've carried out kennethZeng's tutorial and got also an error during
./configure of asterisk:
[...]
./configure: line 25165: syntax error near unexpected token `0.4.1,'
./configure: line 25165: `AM_MINISIP_CHECK_LIBMIKEY(0.4.1, PBX_MIKEY=1,
PBX_MIKEY=0)'
while the installation and patch with revision 61760 worked just fine.
BTW: if I understand right, there is no support for TLS available in
Asterisk 1.4.x at the moment?
