Summary:                    RLT for DMS100 PRIs not working on Sangoma PRI cards
Description: 
I have 2 identical setups:

1) Digium PRI cards, * 1.4.11, LibPRI 1.4.1, Zaptel 1.4.5.1, CentOS 5
2) Sangoma A102D, wanpipe 2.3.4.11 zaptel patched

When initiating a transfer on the Digium based cards, RLT works, however,
RLT is not worling on the Sangoma cards.

Problem solved. I simply wanted to add that if you are using the Sangoma
wancfg_zaptel utility to create your zapata.conf file, make sure to add the
following option to enable RLT (2BCT), since the script doesn't add it.

facilityenable=yes
