Summary:                    No Service Providers
Description: 
I just downloaded and installed the new ISO on a test machine.  However
during the setup screen the Service Provider list is empty.  After
finishing the install routine, I logged into the Asterisk admin screen and
clicked on Service Providers and the words 'Loading Screen' just kept
displaying over and over again with no results.

I went to that website and it didn't help.  That article talks about how to
write a patch and install it, not fix this issue.

I am new to Linux, so please excuse the lack of understanding on my part.
