Summary:                    RLT for DMS100 PRIs not working on Sangoma PRI cards
Description: 
I have 2 identical setups:

1) Digium PRI cards, * 1.4.11, LibPRI 1.4.1, Zaptel 1.4.5.1, CentOS 5
2) Sangoma A102D, wanpipe 2.3.4.11 zaptel patched

When initiating a transfer on the Digium based cards, RLT works, however,
RLT is not worling on the Sangoma cards.

If it works with the Digium cards, and not the Sangoma ones, then contact
them about the problem ...
