Summary:                    [patch] asterisk -h cleanup
Description: 
Just reorganizes a few things at the usage screen, reworks a few options to
(hopefully) make them more clear, and wraps everything to < 80 characters. 
The first line won't be less than 80 characters unless its a release
version (SVN version names are too long, i.e. SVN-branch-1.4-r81397M).
