error displayed on the page:

 Performing backup...

 Failed: A permanent failure has occurred: Shell command "/bin/mount -t
auto -orw LABEL= /tmp/raa-backup-mountCK_DOwdir" exited with exit code 32

trying the this on cli reveals the problem:

[admin at sip ~]$ sudo /bin/mount -t auto -orw LABEL=
/tmp/raa-backup-mountCK_DOwdir
mount: you must specify the filesystem type

I believe this is an asteriskNOW gui, since I cannot find LABEL anywhere in
the GUI source.

How are you performing this backup? Through what web page?

There is a space between LABEL= and the directory
