Summary:                    Voicemail Option "Send messages by e-mail only"
ignored
Description: 
Setting the Voicemail option "Send messages by e-mail only" is ignored.
Messages are delivered via email but also held within Comedian VM and the
handsets MWI reports VM are awaiting collection.

Enterring into Comedian VM, confirms VMs are held.

I could make this a per user configuration option.

whether or not they want their voicemail to be sent to email, just email,
or both comedian VM and email.

What do you think?

What would your perfect email configuration ability look like, and most
importantly, where would you implement the features. (what page/section)
