Summary:                    Voicemail Option "Send messages by e-mail only"
ignored
Description: 
Setting the Voicemail option "Send messages by e-mail only" is ignored.
Messages are delivered via email but also held within Comedian VM and the
handsets MWI reports VM are awaiting collection.

Enterring into Comedian VM, confirms VMs are held.

Fixes a bug where if you choose to only
send voicemail via email, to also delete
the message so you cannot receive it through
comedian mail. Thanks for the patch Corydon,
great work!
