This patch adds initial support for secure RTP using libsrt[1]. It can
be used in for example an implementation of the sdecriptions draft[2].

Have you tried running bootstrap.sh on a unpatched asterisk tree? Does it
work? The error looks unrelated to the patch I think.

You can reverse the patch by adding "-R" to the patch command.
