Summary:                    Queue with context requires multiple key presses to
leave queue
Description: 
Using FreePBX 2.3.0 with Asterisk 1.4.11.  This bug only happens with
Asterisk 1.4.11 since I have another system with FreePBX 2.3.0 and Asterisk
1.2.24 which does not reproduce the bug.  I created a queue 2002 with a
context such that pressing 5 will play some wav file before going to
voicemail.  The issue is that I have to press 5 twice to allow it to
continue.  The first press will stop all calls to the logged in agents to
2002 while the second key press will finally leave the queue.  Asterisk
1.2.24 leaves the queue immediately which is expected.
