If I unplug my Iaxy then calls don't go to my VM...
Description: 
Asterisk 1.4.11  if I unplug a device -- let's say my extension. When calls
try to route to my ext. they should go to my Voice Mail because I am not
here. But they don't the calls just die...

I've had a similar problem, but i was using Zap channels.
So atm i've given up on it within 1.2/1.4
