Summary:                    [Patch] make tools/zapscan binary and script more
flexable
Description: 
This patch should make zapscan.bin and zapscan script more flexible for
people who choose to install asterisk and zaptel into other non default
directories.

You need to add the make_default_h file into build_tools/ for it to work
properly.

The only outstanding issue with this patch, is how to find the Zaptel ETC
folder properly.  Right now it is hardcoded into makeops.in.  I think it
would be nice to have ./configure detect it properly, however I am not
confident patching the script.  Help on this subject is needed.
