Summary:                    astman.js variables are static, not upgrade with
parameters passed into ./configure
Description: 
Seem a patch has to be written to update static vars located in astman.js.

IE: I modify my prefix and syscondir vars as follows:

./configure --prefix /usr/local --sysconfdir /usr/local/etc


However the Makefile fails to upgrade astman.js (see below).

I'll be submitting a patch soon to fix this.

I understand this, and it has been that way forever.

However, we are not currently implementing this in the configure script.

If you would like to add this, be my guest, it would be a great feature!

Or else, I have some other priorities and cannot get to this asap
