Summary:                    astman.js variables are static, not upgrade with
parameters passed into ./configure
Description: 
Seem a patch has to be written to update static vars located in astman.js.

IE: I modify my prefix and syscondir vars as follows:

./configure --prefix /usr/local --sysconfdir /usr/local/etc


However the Makefile fails to upgrade astman.js (see below).

I'll be submitting a patch soon to fix this.
