Summary:                    Put manage 'newexten' calls into new event
Description: 
This helps cut down number of events with 'call' by adding a seperate event
mask for 'newexten' events. This way you only get true call events vs what
dialplan etc they are now in.

New flag is EVENT_FLAG_EXTEN
To enable in manager.conf add 'exten'.

can also submit a 1.4 patch
