Summary:                    asterisk segfaulted in __ast_module_user_remove
Description: 
summary says it all really. During some intensive system testing (approx 60
calls 30 in / 30 out via ISDN PRI) this crash happened.

It would be useful to see what the contents of the structure being freed
are.
