Summary:                    Initial screen resolution prevents install
Description: 
The first graphical installation screen ('Welcome to AsteriskNOW') displays
in a resolution which makes it impossible to continue installation since
only the top left section of the screen content is visible - the splash
screen before this displays ok full screen.
