Summary:                    Download / Upload configuration backups from the GUI
Description: 
The following code allows someone to download and upload their config
backups from the gui, assuming the following is in http.conf (which can be
set when the gui installs):

[post-mappings]
backup_uploads = /var/lib/asterisk/static-http/backups/
