Summary: chan_sip can't handle Cirpack KeepAlive Packets
Description:
See bug 0007261. That bug was closed because "we have as a policy not to
fix problems with other UAs that are broken and not follow the specs. This
is clearly such a case".
I am now seeing this error between asterisk-1.4.13 (client) and
asterisk-1.4.8 (server). The details reported in the previous bug and
particularly those in
http://groups.google.se/group/xs4all.voip/browse_thread/thread/cd97656d72c1ff43/166c24815b4f741a?lnk=st&q=chan_sip.c%3A+%22Bad+request+protocol+Packet%22#166c24815b4f741a
apply here too. Notably, the connection appears as half-registered on both
server and client ((Unspecified) D 0 UNKNOWN), so they do communicate,
but don't seem to agree.

Retracting bug report. Sure, I do see the error, but I should have made
sure where it came from before reporting it. It wasn't from the other
asterisk. Sorry for the noise.
