Summary:                    Service Providers Screen is blank
Description: 
Durring initial configuration the "add service providers", button was not
available to me (I assumed I could do it later and continued)

I've Navigated to the service providers page and am given the graphics
that says "loading screen...." but, nothing happens.

If there was something that I was supposed to do and I didn't do it
(through inexperiance)  it should tell me what to do.

Ahh, well, you can go to the asterisk Console (I believe its f9)
and then type ! and hit enter to get to a shell.

I know its dirty, but it works, this will be fixed in the future (you can
also try to ssh in from outside...)
