Summary: Service Providers Screen is blank
Description:
Durring initial configuration the "add service providers", button was not
available to me (I assumed I could do it later and continued)

I've Navigated to the service providers page and am given the graphics
that says "loading screen...." but, nothing happens.

If there was something that I was supposed to do and I didn't do it
(through inexperiance) it should tell me what to do.

The link provided ( http://asterisknow.org/install-related ) is a developer
link including SVN & recompile options.

The install that I have (asteriskNOW-beta6-x86.iso), downloaded 10/19/07
does not even offer a linux command line (no instructions on the screen of
how to get there).

With no real expectation that it would work, I did type in some of those
commands at the CLI prompt (they didn't work).

It may be that the information contained on page
http://asterisknow.org/install-related does solve the problem, but it only
solves the problem for insiders.
