Summary:                    Asterisk 1.4.13 stock segfault on pthread_mutex_lock
Description: 
after doing some config changes and issuing a iax2 reload and extensions
reload, it happend on the 3rd iax2 reload, asterisk segfaulted I ran gdb on
the core and this is the BT:

Core was generated by `/usr/sbin/asterisk -f -vvvg -c'.
Program terminated with signal 11, Segmentation fault.

I have done so. Will let you know if I can reproduce with these debuging
options turned on. How much does this effect performance on calls?
