Summary: zaptel digital (Data) calls require overlapdial=no
Description:
data calls through a zaptel pri connection require the spans to have
overlapdial to be set to blank or no to work, overlapdial=yes makes the
termial equipment to send a busystatus with cause code 88.

Just as a side note, can zaptel be setup to emulate a real pri in pri-net
mode, ie BT allows overlapdial and en-block based on the signals sent from
the pbx, there is no configurastion of the pri to say just except overlap
like there seems to be in asterisk/zaptel. I think it is somethng to do
with how the digits are sent and the "Send Complete" for a particular
channel
