Summary:                    One way audio when Dial() has both L option and more
than one extension to ring
Description: 
When Dial() appliation is called with L parameter (to limit the call
length) and there is more than one extension given (i.e. SIP/1&SIP/2) there
is only one way audio (from the caller to the receiver).

This does not happen either one extension is being called or when L
parameter is removed.
