Summary:                    Asterisknow-gui, can't save calling rules
Description: 
The save and cancel buttons have disappeared on the calling rules page.

Also the middle section of the pages often are super imposed over the
right collumn rendering the help information invisible.

Im running 1701, and when I click "Calling Rules" and click "Add a new
rule" the save and cancel buttons are there, and when I start typing, are
then usable.

Can you possibly attach a screenshot?
