Summary:                    Asterisk ignores port in register directive
Description: 
This is a followup to bug ID 0010431 - I'm also experiencing the symptoms
reportoed there, namely;

A register line specifying an alternate port number is processed, but the
registration is put through via the default port. 

The output of 'sip show registry' is deceptive; it displays the port
number in the host field but the output of tcpdump indicates otherwise.

I've reproduced this issue with Asterisk 1.4.1 -> 1.4.12.1.
