Summary:                    Call Transfers core dump asterisk
Description: 
When a call is transferred (via button on phone or via # key), the
transferee hears music on hold (normal) and the transferer hears,
"Transfer".  Typing in an extension causes asterisk to core dump.

Asterisk is also very unstable with regards to accepting calls, etc.

I already downgraded to 1.4.12.1 and addons-1.4.3.. sorry.. I won't be able
to provide a dump / tracefile.  It was a production server.  For what it's
worth though, it's very easily reproducable.  All you need to do is
transfer a call using a Cisco Phone or a Polycom Phone from one extension
to another.
