Description: 
I had the same problem reported at the issue
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=0008834. I verified that this
issue has been solved at the trunk version since revision
http://bugs.digium.com/view.php?id=51193 but in the
main tarball version and in the branch 1.4 version it was not applied.

I´m usinhg the 1.4.13 version.

Please add the compiler option "DEBUG_THREADS" to your compile.  The next
time this occurs, please run "core show locks" and upload the resulting
output here (as a file).
