Description: 
"dialplan reload" is reloading only extensions.conf

Probably it's the desired behaviour, but shouldn't it reload
extensions.ael too ?

Isn't there an ael reload command as well?  I honestly don't think the
dialplan reload command should reload ael.  It's up to murf though, I
guess.
