Summary:                    automon result in a continue dtmf tone
Description: 
When using automon (*1 in features.conf), when a user presses *1, the other
end hear a continual dtmf tone.

    -- User hit '*1' to record call. filename:
wav|auto-1191821160-salut|m
    -- User hit '*1' to stop recording call.

And the tone is always there.

I just spent the last hour trying to reproduce this issue and was unable
to, so we'll need much more information. Console output with DTMF logging
enabled and debug to be specific.
