Summary: chan_vpb sample configuration file messy, not well
documented, and missing a few options
Description:
vpb.conf.sample isn't formatted like any of the other Asterisk sample
configuration files. Additionally, it is missing some options, provides
examples of board and channel numbers starting from 1 (they now start from
0 and have done so for years), and could do with more documentation.
