Summary:                    No way to exit from background() application...
Description: 
When running an application via the externIVR() command there is no way for
the application to tell the dialplan to continue to the next command in the
dialplan(E response sent from the application to EtxernIVR).

This option exists in the Trunk versions, but missing on the released
version.

If an option is in trunk but not 1.4, then it was added after asterisk 1.4
was released.  We do not add any new features to Asterisk 1.4.  The option
will be in Asterisk 1.6.
